Free Girls Youth Lacrosse Team Defense and Goalie Coaching Clinics

Details:	Lightning Lacrosse and WWPC Lacrosse are sponsoring two free girls youth coaching clinics on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at West Windsor Plainsboro South High School, 346 Clarksville Road, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550 10 AM to 11 AM: Goalie Coaching Clinic Goalies are probably the least coached players in girls youth lacrosse. Learn what you need to know to get the best out of your young keepers. Stance, footwork, proper positioning and more. 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM: Teaching Girls to Play Team Defense Take your girls youth team to the next level by moving from the basic 1 v 1 defense you taught to your 3rd/4th graders to a solid team defensive scheme you can implement with your 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade teams. Clinician: Bob Henderson, WWP South HS Girls Varsity Assistant Coach, Lightning Lacrosse Girls 7/8 Coach, Central Jersey Select Head Coach, South Jersey Select Bob has more than 12 years experience coaching the women's game to youth and high school players. Many of the goalies that have worked with Bob have gone on to play in college.
